Sharepoint 3 and IE7 pop up name.dll problem

Open init.js in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\", find the function ProcessImn(). Delete the body of the function, i.e. :

function ProcessImn() { }
